Our Services
Running injuries can be frustrating and persistent, especially when you are given generic exercises or told to stop running. Our approach is different. We identify the true cause of your symptoms and create a customized rehab plan that gets you moving confidently again.
Common injuries we treat include:
- Knee pain and runner’s knee
- IT band syndrome
- Shin splints
- Achilles tendinopathy
- Plantar fasciitis
- Hip flexor pain
- Glute and hamstring strains
- Stress reaction recovery guidance
You receive one 55-minutes of one-on-one treatment focused entirely on you and your goals.
Your running form tells a story. Using slow-motion video analysis, mobility testing, and strength assessment, we pinpoint the inefficiencies and asymmetries that lead to injury or performance plateaus.
Your gait analysis includes:
- Recording your running stride from multiple angles
- Biomechanical breakdown of foot strike, cadence, hip stability, arm swing, and more
- Identification of movement patterns contributing to pain
- A tailored plan for improving efficiency and reducing injury risk
Perfect for runners who want to feel smoother, lighter, and more powerful on Atlanta’s roads and trails.
Most running injuries come from strength imbalances or inadequate training progression. We create individualized strength and performance programs to support your goals, whether that is faster paces, higher mileage, or race-specific demands.
Training may include:
- Strength and mobility programming
- Power and plyometric progressions
- Stability and coordination training
- Race prep conditioning for Atlanta hills
Ideal for runners who want to level up without risking injury.
Returning to running after an injury can feel overwhelming. Our structured, science-based plans remove the guesswork and guide you step by step back to full mileage.
Your plan includes:
- Load and mileage progressions matched to your goals
- Ongoing monitoring and adjustments
- Education on pacing, form, and training volume
Whether you are rebuilding for a race or returning after time off, we help you run without fear of reinjury.
Once you’ve recovered, we offer ongoing sessions for runners who want to:
- Stay injury-free
- Increase mileage safely
- Improve performance
- Prepare for races
- Keep their body tuned and ready
Each session is 55-minutes of focused, individualized care that helps you stay ahead of injuries, feel more efficient, and maintain long term durability as an Atlanta runner.
